PROFILY, s.r.o.

We are a privately owned Czech company with our own manufacturing facility in Vítkov. The quality of our products is underpinned by cooperation with certified rubber compound suppliers and a quality management system certified according to ISO 9001:2015. The plant is also certified according to IATF 16949:2016.

We manufacture seals made of solid and cellular rubber, as well as PVC, TPE, LDPE and VMQ materials. We extrude profiles with or without metal reinforcement. We offer various surface treatments, including coating and texturing, and can also apply flocking, textile (or felt) and self-adhesive layers. We join seals by bonding or vulcanisation. Our production equipment enables us to manufacture virtually any type of sealing profile. Our key strengths include extensive in-house tooling capabilities and a high standard of technical and customer service.
