Rubber profiles

We manufacture rubber profiles from EPDM and NBR materials in compact or lightweight design. Lightweight profiles are soft, flexible, elastic and have a relatively low weight even with large cross-sections. EPDM excels in its resistance to weathering, UV radiation and temperatures, NBR is suitable for contact with oils.

Plastic profiles

We manufacture plastic profiles from PVC, TPE and LD/HDPE materials. Plastic profiles are also extruded with metal reinforcement, which allows easy installation on any edge. PVC has very good resistance to aging and chemicals. Thermoplastic elastomers (TPE) are a combination of hard thermoplastic polymers such as PP, PBT or PA and soft rubber material. TPE profiles are coloured at the customer's request or extruded together with other thermoplastics by so-called co-extrusion.

Silicone profiles

We manufacture silicone profiles in compact or lightweight design. Silicones excel in their resistance to high and low temperatures, UV radiation, ozone and weathering. Silicone profiles are suitable for use especially in the food industry, where FDA certification is required.

We extrude seals from materials such as EPDM, NBR, TPV, PVC, LDPE and silicone. We supply compact as well as microporous designs, profiles with and without metal reinforcement, and we also carry out various surface treatments such as painting, flocking, texturing, and applying self-adhesive tape, textile or felt. Profiles are joined by gluing or vulcanisation in a press.
